Who operates this page

This estimate request page is operated by GrowthPaver in connection with CT Hardrock Marble & Granite LLC (“CT Hardrock”). GrowthPaver helps manage advertising, estimate requests, and initial follow-up with people interested in countertop services.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, countertop project type, estimated project timeline, property address, and appointment preferences.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your estimate request.
• Contact you about your countertop project and arrange next steps.
• Coordinate an estimate appointment with CT Hardrock Marble & Granite LLC.
• Manage and improve the estimate-request process.

Contact after you submit

After you submit a request, GrowthPaver may contact you first by phone, text message, or email to follow up on your inquiry and help coordinate the next steps with CT Hardrock Marble & Granite LLC. CT Hardrock may also contact you about your project or appointment.

Consent

Submitting an estimate request does not, by itself, mean you have agreed to receive marketing calls or texts unrelated to your request. Any consent required for automated calls, marketing messages, or other regulated communications should be obtained separately where applicable.

Sharing

Your information may be shared with CT Hardrock Marble & Granite LLC and service providers that help manage estimate requests, communications, scheduling, and data storage. We do not sell your personal information.

Appointment scheduling

Appointment scheduling may be handled through GoHighLevel. Information entered into its scheduling tools may be processed under that provider’s privacy practices and applicable terms.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

For visitors outside the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland, this page uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads. This shares page visits, your browser and device information, IP address, and Meta cookie identifiers with Meta Platforms for ad measurement. Your name, email and phone are not sent to Meta. Visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland are not tracked. You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Storage and retention

Information submitted through this page may be stored in the systems used to operate the estimate-request process. It will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to applicable legal obligations. If you receive a message from us, you may ask us to stop further follow-up. For text messages, reply STOP where that option is available.
